There are bikes out there with a lot of history attached to them, but I reckon few have as much as this particular BMW.
This machine was on the German WWII battleship the Tirpitz and it's currently in display in the Tirpitz Museum, Alta, Norway. The museum is quite small, but well worth a visit if you are in the area.
How about this for a provenance?
