Delivery


 BSA Bantam 125cc motor cycle used by the GPO to deliver mail in the UK. This one is currently on display in the Riverside Museum in Glasgow. The General Post Office later became the Royal Mail.

  1. I think the bottom picture pre-dates the Bantam. Given the tin helmet, gas mask case & "black out" headlight - it's wartime. A BSA C10 250cc side valve maybe?

  2. Yeah, I agree with you, but I liked the idea of the fella with his little pill-box hat riding a bike. Where were the Health & Safety wallahs then?
