Horex

Here's an interesting new machine from Horex, one of Germany’s forgotten marques. Much better than the previous attempt to resurrect the name by sticking the badge on a 125cc Chinese copy of a Honda CG125.

This bold design is from the studio of Peter Naumann, creators of the edgy MZ 1000S. A similar type of bike from a similar type of manufacturer, and see where that got them.

This new bike is intended to be the start of a range of future spin-off models down the line, including a Café Racer, Tourer, Streetfighter etc. It would be nice to think that they can pull it off, but I wonder if they will fare any better than any of the other new companies who have tried breaking into the motorcycle market in recent years?
