On arrival at the circuit we managed to miss the signs for
the official parking area and ended up on the pavement outside the entrance
along with dozens of others. This meant that we didn't get lost trying to
locate our bikes on the way out and, more importantly, it was free.
Although there were a few organised club stands dotted
around, and a small area for selling spares and the like, this was all about
the racing.
As I mentioned in an earlier post, you are given almost
unlimited access to the pit area. On this track there are two pit areas, so loads of access to the race bikes. It is,
however, rather loud and there are signs everywhere advising you to put some
earplugs in if you value your hearing. Quite a sensible idea, really.
Here are a few photos to whet your appetite, and I've posted
the remainder on Flickr.
