Irish Daze

I came across this old newspaper story about an event I attended in Northern Ireland in 2005. I even put in an appearance - bottom picture, fifth in from the right.

Here are some more photos from that weekend:

Caroline and her ETZ301
Cornish Lads
Pat and his 'eye-catching' Kanuni sidecar from ROI & David from New Jersey, USA
Illona & Kurt from Germany on their  immaculate  ES250/2 outfit
Robin from Wales with TS250/1 and Superelastik sidecar
Mike the Bike from Canvey Island and his TS250/1
A rather wet looking Malcolm, Stuart & Terry on the Antrim Coast Road

Whirling Around

Another one from the recent Stafford Classic Motorcycle Show. Although predominantly concerned with old British machines there are an increasing number of older Japanese ones turning up these days. This is a very rare Suzuki RE5 Rotary and could be yours for under 4k (£Sterling).

A Ride Home

A novel idea. Had too much to drink? Get someone else to drive you home. Call the number and someone turns up on a small folding bike which they put in the boot of your car. They then drive you home, unload their bike and drive away. It's been done before and is usually quite expensive, but is it any more expensive than being fined for drink driving and possibly losing your license?
