What
the skies over my way looked like when I got home tonight. fantastic colours, even if it was more red than
pink. The photos don't really do it justice.

City Planning
I
came across this photo of a decidedly wacky building that I took while on holiday in Toronto, Canada a few years ago.
It’s the Ontario College of Art & Design. How on earth did that ever get
past the city planners, and aren’t you glad that it did? How can you not be
inspired studying somewhere like that?

Walk/Don't Walk
When
we were in France for the Coupes Moto Legende in Dijon this summer the town was in the
process of installing a tram network.
I
was particularly taken with the newly
installed signs we came across.
The one
on the left is the usual “Walk/Don’t Walk” sign.
The
one on the right is, “DON’T YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT WALKING HERE, THERE’S A TRAM
COMING!”
Caol Ila
This evening’s tipple comes courtesy of Terry (muzrider) who kindly brought it back for me from a recent holiday on the island of Islay. It’s a 12 year old malt whisky and, like most Islay malts, it's quite pungent and strong on flavour.
And very fine it is, too.
